PENvolution it is an art project from Hannover made by Hannover artist Kerstin Schulz of Atelier Dreieck. (www.atelier-dreieck.de – in German)
It explores the changing way of communicating from the analogue to the digital, from pencils to mobile phones and is touring all of Hannover’s twin cities between 2014-2016.

PencilMobileRoom

The PencilMobileRoom is the centrepiece of PENvolution. It is exhibit formed by 2 million pencils, which create an office space and includes digital monitors for uploading poems and selfies.
This exhibit will be in the Bristol Central Library, College Green from 3 November to 18 December 2014. It will also offer schools workshops and crowd art sessions.
This is a Bristol Hannover Council Project in partnership with the Central Library and “PENvolution Hannover”.
