FRANK TITMARSH (VICE-CHAIR)

Frank first became involved with Bristol Hannover Council around 16 years ago. He has hosted many visitors throughout the years and has made many good friends.

For Frank it has been very interesting comparing the two cultures, and through the twinning to have had the opportunity to meet artists and experience art of various forms and styles. As he says himself, ‘our cultural exchanges with Hannover are always a great experience’.
